Soon they were gone..n I had to make sure our caterer delivers on time..and had to do further confirmation for the events dat were to follow.

That day was the first day dat I hav known I actually hav a distant relative from HK called Paris..i like her name..haha..n dat was the first time I ever saw her..she was veri sociable..initiated most of our conversations..i’m shy u see..haha..actually we dun really hav blood relation..we have been separated so high up the family tree..we virtually hav no link at all..

But we managed to hit it off pretty well..hm…

The couple den returned by about 12.30 for the 2nd leg of the tea ceremony. Grandma..my dad’s god mother..my parents and den my uncles n aunites were the order that the tea was offered. Without sayin..the ang bao follows each cup of tea that was served..N I muz say..it is by far..the most expensive tea I have ever seen..hahaha...so much to pay..for one small cup of tea..

The guests took off at ard 2..when events at my place were pretty much wrapped up..i managed to catch a 30mins nap though..hee..too tired..remember..i was ‘fresh’ from exams..

By 3 plus..we had to take off for the hotel..had lots of things to do..checkin of floor plans..menu and estimated time of serving..vegetarian and muslim food..time of cocktail commencement..captains’ briefing..details on the dinner such as barrels of beer, wine, liquour and event of runnin out etc..playin back of video montage..checkin the projectors were workin..rehearsing of the march in..and on top of that..sound check..for the performance I would put up with my cousins later in the show..and many many more details..it was quite hectic though..fortunately the captain was an experienced one and I have to say his service was really really gd..muz praise him..Hyatt would be silly to let him go..

Upon reaching the hotel..we were greeted by waves n waves of porters..shippin our endless stuffs..we first went to the suite to settle our stuffs and den we headed down to the captain’s briefing..leavin my sis in the suite to prepare for the evening..with the make up artiste of cos..muz look pretty..

After confirmin the details..i went bac to the suite to get myself ready this time..its such a big suite..haha..n I’m so in love with the tv there..haha..its a S$24,000 Bang & Olufsen interactive tv. Check out what it can do..lol..

Time could not have passed faster and it was 6.30pm with a blink of e eye as the guests start to arrive for the cocktail. And true to their nature, the Japanese are always the most punctual ones..Turning up on the dot…or hm..wantin to avoid pissing the boss..lol..they were all my dad’s colleagues..and they got to the reception about the same time as I did..haha..

It was cute hearing them greet my dad by shaking hands, bowing and go “Phua-San, Phua-San”..haha..sounds a bit ku ku rite..haha..but hey!..thats my family name..haha..
